Online CSI Inspection Entry Form

Please use this form to enroll horses in a currently scheduled CSI sport horse inspection.
 All inspection fees will be paid to the host of the inspection. Horses must be enrolled via CSI so that the correct paperwork is sent to the host prior to the inspection. All horses must be CSI registered prior to entry. There is a minimum office fee of $5 per horse submitted for inspection. Entries should be submitted, with the office fee, a minimum of 10 days prior to the inspection date.
